Was a lousy experience. Last week stopped in to setup both of our cars for oil change and tire rotation. They can be busy and trying to get things done in your time frame may have to wait. He said to drop 1 car off first thing and it would be done 10 to 10:30. The other car to come in at 1 and wait for it. This was for today. I dropped my wife's car off a little after 8 this morning. The way he was talking led me to believe that it would be 930 to 10, but he did not tell me that it would be quicker so I wasn't going to assume it. Well 1110 my wife was hoping to be doing some errands and asked me to call. I put away what I was doing and then he called me that it was ready. So I drove my car there and left it, even though it was a 1 appointment. It saved me a trip and maybe they could start early. 145 to 2 I thought that it might be ready. Was doing some yard work and realized that it was getting close to 3. 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. I called and he said that it was almost done, another 10 minutes. So head in. I walk 1/2 mile there. Still not done. Took care of the bill, which was wrong, but his 10 more minutes was actually 30. Work is good there, but customer service sucks.

The best, most reliable and reactive towing company we have ever experienced. They worked as though they were towing their own family out. so very grateful for Bob's Main Street towing and their amazing fast response.

Tyler came and got me at the beginning of his shift. He was fast, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Even amidst all the troubles I had going on today he kept me laughing for a 30 mile trip when I came incredibly grumpy. And the inside of the cab was clean and smelled good. Because of this experience I would recommend this company to anyone. 5 🌟 stars for sure!

Needed a tow and couldn't ask for more from JP....car was in a weird spot and needed towing to in front of the house, and he was expert on all counts. Thanks, JP.

My car broke down on the side of I-43 at Saukville and AAA sent me Dave who was a very friendly driver and even offered to drop me and a friend I was driving with off at home. He even sent pictures of the delivery to the mechanic. 5 stars, would break down again

If you charge an arm and a leg for tire change pretending to be a high end shop make sure you have equal air pressure in each tire at day of “delivery” because now I feel scammed paying you x2 more over market average. This shop is not anything special then others. Just way too overpriced because they don’t have local competitors and they take advantage of this.
