Jacob was the driver who picked me up from the side of the freeway- I received a call from Bob's Towing staff quickly after placing my request for assistance telling me his location and estimated time of arrival. He was clear with his information, and showed up earlier than he first estimated! Both his truck and his actions were professional, and I felt safe despite being on the side of the freeway at night, waiting in a second vehicle while he prepared and towed my vehicle.
