Bob's Main St auto was amazing to us back in August. We live in Green Bay and our vehicle's transmission decided to go out while we were at Harrington Beach State Park in Belgium (County Hwy D). Sharon, the tow truck driver did everything she could do to try to get us running and back on the road instead of being towed. Nissan unfortunately had other plans because of their junk CVT Transmissions (which there is a class action settlement regarding) and we ended up having to be towed back to Bob's in West Bend. AAA wanted to have us go to a Nissan dealer which was closer than Bob's Auto; however, we would have been stranded 2 hours from home with no vehicle. Bob's not only got us a loaner vehicle, but they were very up front with everything and easy to work with. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE / STAFF MEMBER is polite and easy to work with. I mainly had contact with George. They replaced our transmission for us and we were able to get our vehicle back toward the end of August because of shipment issues with Nissan and the new transmission. Their pricing was extremely fair and since the work was done and the transmission was replaced, our vehicle has been running very well. Would definitely recommend them for service to everyone living in the area or if you have a break down in the area!

I tried to leave for work this morning and my car wouldn’t start. I called Bob’s for a tow to the dealership. They sent a man named Tony. Tony was able to fix my issue right on site in about 30 minutes. He saved me at least $200 today. I am so impressed with the service I received today. I will definitely be using Bob’s again.

I always stop here to get my emissions done. Nice and clean, always very courteous and polite. I need to try this place out for some service wor some service work.

A year after serviced from bobs and truck still leaks oil now going to attorney to figure out after it’s been to 3 ford dealerships coming back as one issue that was supposed to be fixed $8000 of my own money put into the truck and all the time wasted and not to speak all of my concrete that has to be re done Update Bobs and jays auto body decided to be crooked and have an investigation on their own and report to insurance without owners knowledge. Now the lawsuits begin Contact 6 is being contacted Channel 4 and channel 58 This will be fun DO NOT USE BOBS AUTO YOU WILL GET GARBAGE WORK
