I Dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday morning And Wednesday evening I picked it up. Luckily, I must have went there on a slow week because they were done amazingly quick. I had all new exhaust installed from the manifold back. I dealt with George, but there was another lovely young lady in there to assist also. Not only does my 1966 mustang sound better, but it runs a whole lot better with the proper exhaust. I can hardly believe that one minor repair would do so much to make my vehicle run so much smoother. If you have a classic vehicle that needs repair, regardless of how big or small you may think it is, this is the place to go. Bob’s main street auto and towing on N. Main St., really made me feel like I was special And I’m sure it’s genuine so they treat everybody like this.

I called AAA because all my tires were nearly flat. I was afraid I wouldn’t make it to the gas station. Within an hour, Bob sent two of his guys. They were so kind and friendly. Unfortunately , I didn’t get their names. They did the job quickly as well. I’d definitely go to Bob’s in the future! Awesome customer service.

Went in to get breaks worked on. They ended up stripping my bleeder valve, causing my break fluid to leak, which caused me to lose my breaks almost killing me on my way home from work. If you need emissions I'm sure they're fine but don't risk your car or life

I was not disappointed with the explanation of things. Staff is very kind. I got a used transmission installed, had a few issues. (Not mechanics fault obviously) I just feel my concerns are not heard, I understand some people have alot of money, I do not, this did cost me most of my savings, but it was the best choice. I was told to call with any concerns or issues,but I feel like me and the concerns are not taken seriously. I called yesterday because I can smell what seems to smell like the transmission overheating, and was told to bring it in so they can" look at it and have my vehicle back to me by the end of the day" , if the transmission is overheating, it leads to transmission failure. Which is exactly what I just experienced last month. I was so upset, I felt not heard or that my concerns are validated .

Bob's Main Street Auto is AMAZING! Our van was having problems (and was unusable) the week before Christmas and we were going to be taking a family trip. They had no available appointments, but were willing to keep our van on their lot to work on it if there were any small openings in their schedule. By some miracle, they found time for us and replaced our faulty coolant sensor for a very reasonable cost. Christmas was saved!!! In a previous visit, they replaced a section of our exhaust. When it took longer than expected, they hooked us up with a free rental so that we could make it to my family's Thanksgiving gathering. They take GREAT care of their customers and offer good warranties on their work, including roadside assistance for some. And last time we got a free car wash. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of having CeCe respond to my needs for towing services on the evening of 11/30/22. She arrived earlier than scheduled and was very pleasant/friendly upon my arrival and review of the situation at hand with my disabled vehicle. CeCe provided very efficient service in loading my vehicle and taking it to the destination of my request. Her professional service and understanding of my situation was greatly appreciated. She did an awesome job in delivery of my vehicle in a timely manner. I would highly recommend CeCe and Bob’s Main Street Auto and Towing when you have the need!
