I slid off my driveway and needed a tow. Chris was very friendly and understanding when I called with my dilemma Prompt Service, Jason showed up to our house within half an hour after I called. Jason was amazing and very knowledgeable in handling getting my vehicle back safely on the driveway

Got locked out of my boyfriend’s car, and Dave came to save the day. He was super quick with it, super friendly, even made sure we had the keys when we locked the car again in front of him.

Hired by third party company through insurance to pick up a car. Received a text saying they were on their way to come pick up....never happened.. Never replied to my follow up messages. Called the insurance company who reported this company spoke with me and that I canceled the pick up. Absolutely false and borderline fraudulent misrepresentation.. Will never willingly give this company my money and suggest you do the same.

While we were initially hired as a third-party provider to pick up your vehicle, we notified the contracting company that we were unable to complete the tow due to weather conditions and an unusually high call volume at that time. As a result, the job was removed from us and reassigned to another towing company. Any updates regarding the revised pickup date or time should have been communicated directly to you by the company that hired us, as they manage all customer communication for these dispatches. Bob’s got me in and out quickly for my oil change and tire rotation. I was able to wait for the work to be finished. The two guys on the phones were so helpful to me and extremely patient with another customer who called about tire pricing.

Dave of Bob's Main Street Auto and Towing was dispatched by AAA to inflate all of the tires in our SUV. He arrived very promptly and was extremely polite, efficient, and courteous.
