Absolutely fantastic service! Jacob was The service technician that came from Bob’s Main Street auto and towing. I could not have asked for a better service technician or service in general. I had a flat tire on a very chilly Sunday evening. Very knowledgeable and took time to explain things and answer questions for me. In addition he was exceptionally polite. I cannot recommend Jacob and Bob’s Main Street enough!

JP came to open the car because the keys were locked in the trunk. It was cold and the door seals were very tight. He was cheerful and polite and worked about 10 minutes to get the car open. He was careful not to damage anything. He came within fifteen minutes of my call. It was good experience. Thank JP
