Today Tony Petsch provided excellent service. I was stranded on the interstate in a construction area with hardly any shoulder. My vehicle was disabled and being 5 months pregnant I felt like I was going to melt inside the car as the temp rose to 97 degrees inside! Unfortunately it was too dangerous to get out but Tony arrived promptly, and he safely escorted me to his air conditioned truck in no time and got me and my vehicle where we needed to go! Thank you Tony!! I couldn't have been more grateful for you today! Keep up the great service!

I had just put my siberian huskys in my truck and threw my backpack in the rear seat, shut the door and had my hand on the front door when I heard the doors lock. Everything was inside the truck including my phone and keys. Friend called the Bob's on Main Street and Tony Petsch was at the dog park parking lot in about ten minutes. He had the doors unlocked in a few minutes. I am so grateful as it was already way too hot in the vehicle for our guys! A million THANKS

My family and I were camping the weekend of 8/11-8/14 at Mauthe Lake State Park in the Northern Kettle Moraine. We have a 31 foot class C Winnebago. After "checking in" on Thursday and on our way to our campsite we heard a loud POP. By the time we arrived at our site and backed in, we discovered our drivers side rear tire had blown and was losing air fast. Thankfully we have AAA and cellphones which my Mom immediately called to report the issue. Thankfully we weren't planning on using the RV until the return ride home on Sunday so we had a window of time for a resolution. After contacting AAA we were told it could be a while possibly the next day before a responder could be located and dispatched. Sure enough, Thursday evening AAA notified us that a responder would arrive "first thing" the next day. Tony Petsch from Bob's Main Street Auto & Towing arrived Friday morning around 9am. In between rain drops and hot sticky weather, Tony discovered BOTH our drivers side rear tires had issues, the outside tire was torn and the inside tire was flat. All of RV tires were new in the spring of 2015, whatever caused this issue the four of us including Tony could only guess. Our RV only has 1 spare tire so our issue was far from resolved. Tony contacted his boss and after a lengthy conversation received approval to take BOTH bad tires back to "the shop" and return less than two hours later with 2 brand new tires which he installed. From a monetary standpoint, this was an unexpected expensive beginning to a long camping weekend of R & R. Tony's boss called my Mom and was kind enough to explain the final charges including what was and was not covered by AAA. In the end, my family and I could not have been happier with the end result and how it came to be! Tony was professional, courteous, friendly, honest and truly went the extra mile to resolve this unexpected "hiccup" which in the grand scheme of life could have been much much worse. Our ride home on Sunday was a "piece of cake!" The Rondeau family (Scott, Sally, Susan and shelties Katies & Noel) from Brookfield, WI cannot say a bigger louder appreciative THANK YOU to Tony Petsch and Bob's Main Street Auto & Towing, INC enough for resolving this roadblock on the road of life!!!!

Dropped off my car for an alignment. I do almost all the work to my car myself. But I do not have an alignment rack. They're mechanic noticed that there were bolts used on the ball joints that are not hardened steel. I had to finish the car in a pinch and didn't have any on hand. They never told me about them inspecting the car at all. It's nice to know that a local shop is reasonably priced and isn't always trying to make a quick Buck on anybody.

Thanks Dylan! Let us know if we can help you in the future! ~ Bob's Main Street Auto & Towing

Over charged the insurance company $150 with a winch fee and the winch was not used. My son had an accident. I responded to the scene and met with the two officers. They asked who I wanted for a tow and I requested Bob's as I always HAD good service back in the 90's. When the tow truck arrived, the tow driver was nice enough to loan me a screwdriver to pull the plates as I knew the car was totaled. While I was cleaning out the car, the tow operator asked if he could back it up and drive it across the street to load it. I said sure. When I got the bill, there was a winch fee of $150. I went to Bob's to ask about it and Wanda said it was a rollover. No! Then Laurie came out and said it was winched off the curb. No! Then Laurie was complaining to me that they didn't know who the owner was and they had to run DOT records to find out. I told Laurie that her tow driver never asked my name, the driver's name or even asked the officer. When the insurance company inquired about the extra charge, the people at Bob's told them that I was lying and that I was never at the scene. After 28 years of investigating accidents and dealing with tow truck operators, I have never had such a bad experience in my life. Nice job!

Had Bobs Auto and Towing come tow my car to get two tires because mine were almost flat. Mike the tow driver was incredibly kind and professional and I didn't have to wait long at all. He also looked at my tires and told me that they looked pretty decent and I might just need a patch job as the tread still looked pretty good. He said he could take it to Bob's Auto so they could patch it so I agreed. I was very thankful as it saved me at least 150-300 dollars. As I waited in the waiting area for them to patch it up everyone who was working in the front office was also very courteous as well. Very pleased with the work and would definitely recommended!

They did a great job checking out my mini van. They explained everything that needed to be done and kept me informed through phone and email. They are very polite and will bring my vehicles there in the future.

I have dealt with Bob's Auto for over a year now. I originally had a 2002 Chevy impala that needed a lot of front end work done, they were going to allow me to put a GPS tracker in my car and pay them off due to them charging me $3,500 & I was unable to pay them that lump sum right away. Due to everything else that was wrong THEY suggested I just buy a newer car through them. Honestly, this was a blessing, at first. The first vehicle they gave me was a 2000 CRV, after 3 months and me being completely scared to death of this vehicle (it drove me off the highway multiple times, continuously had a smell or some type of leak, the locks wouldn't work, etc..) I balled my eyes out to the receptionist, they were generous enough to give me a 2009 Chevy Impala but WOULD NOT put the $900 I had already given them towards it. I agreed & swallowed the money. Within the first 2 weeks of having the Impala the entire lock system burnt out and needed a new wheel bearing in the right back tire. I did let them know that underneath the front end of the car I felt there was something wrong, always feeling like there was a bump in the road when there actually wasn't. They to this day, a year later, still tell me there is nothing wrong. Within this last year they have done quite a bit of work on my car, yes they covered it, but I had no warranty to begin with and they said they were going to from the start. I have had a clicking in my steering wheel for at least 7 or 8 months every time I turn the wheel and I was told by Michael, their manager, it was normal. I was told by Brian, a mechanic at the south shop, I should take my car elsewhere, so I did. In doing so I was told it is NOT normal for my wheel to do so & it could possibly be one of 2 problems that Bob's no longer would like to fix. They have been generous up to a point with what they have fixed, but some things have now been multiple times fixing so it is under warranty so no money is being lost from them, the mechanics must not know how to properly fix the issue. Despite the issues with my car I have been making payments, I signed a contract of $500 per month, I have given lump sums of $1,000 here & $700 there & so on and so on & then $400 here and there as well. Around December I asked for a print out of the money I paid because of the issues still wrong with the car, come to find out Lori, the owners wife and financial person for company, had LOST a $700 ELECTRONIC payment I had given them. I was told the credit would not be put towards my car unless I could find the receipt, I was also told in a very condescending way that if I was to find the receipt they would give me a $100 credit towards my account. I frantically found the receipt & upon giving it to Michael at the south shop, he called Lori and she admitted to splitting the payment, putting $500 towards the previous vehicle they had given me and $200 towards the impala but didn't calculate it in the previous math when I noticed the $700 wasn't there altogether. Again, in April of this year, just a couple weeks ago she proved to have lost another $400 payment that I have a receipt for, but she can't find it herself. How do I have a receipt for it then? I had contact with Michael around December & January, telling him times were tough and I couldn't make a payment & they said okay. I made a payment Feb and March for $400. At the beginning of April I changed my phone number, called and gave it to George, he failed to put it in their system, Lori called me 2 days later on my old phone, it was disconnected, so she shut off my car. I told her I was coming in on the following Monday & would have a payment for her then, she laughed at me, was very disrespectful, yelled at me, was all in all very unprofessional, I have kept nothing but contact with them but up until that day no one indicated to me there was a problem. I now found out they planned on repo-ing my car that Monday leaving me stranded in West Bend, I live in Milwaukee. My car still isn't fixed & I'm paying it off asap to be done with them for good.
