AAA sent out a truck/repair specialist two weeks in a row to rescue me. Both times it ended up being Bob,s and the same driver - Dave. I could not have been a more satisfied customer! He was prompt, helpful, personable, skillful, quick, just an all-around great experience (flat tires aside!). So glad it was Bob,s (and Dave) if I had to have an emergency. Thank you!

had locked my keys in my car in February. Bob's did an awesome job helping me out. car just broke down on the side of the road, and again Bob's guy was great.

Great towing service and their related car rental place is very good as well; however, I would not recommend doing any auto repair services here. They charge higher rates than most and take significantly longer to do the job.

I was in an accident today and Jessie came to my rescue. The West Bend Sheriff Deputies know Bobs’s well. Jessie was extremely professional and worked his butt off getting my car out of the ditch. It was very hot outside. He did extra work to limit the damage to my vehicle. Unfortunately, it’s a total loss due to the vehicle’s age.
