Bret was my towing guy for June 28th 2015 Stuck at Menomonee Falls going towards West Bend; called their towing at 9:45 and Bret Showed up at 10:20. I told him what happened and he knew what was leaking. Nice guy! Good 24hr service! I know who to call or recommend next time.

Recently divorced, driving a van that needed a lot of work with out a lot of time to decide what to do (my van was actually dangerous at the time to be driving) I had never had to make a decision this big before. Fix this one or move on and buy a newer one? which I knew I could not afford. I stumbled across the number for Bob's Auto and called. Dan answered the phone, and I explained my debate to him and really just needed an honest opinion as to what direction to go. Dan spent time pricing things I knew needed to get worked on and things that didn't now but soon would. instead of test driving another car I dropped my van off with Dan. I did end up fixing my van. The work I thought I needed ( from a different Auto shop) was not all correct. I felt very comfortable putting my van ( in the same my life and the life of my children) in the hands of Dan and the mechanics at Bob's Auto. It turned out my van was more dangerous at the time then I knew. The list of what I needed done was long and Dan worked with me very patiently and I felt much trust. After much stress of trying to deiced what to do, and dropping off my van for work, the stress fell away. I knew I was in good hands. Thank you again guys for going above and beyond. My van is running great and is now safe, I know it is. :-) Christine

Wonderful Service Experience, Also had a wonderful towing experience using this company, the gentlemen up front at both stores are very kind and accommodating, however..... the prices are outrageous, and on top of it the two ladies that work at the main street shop are enough to leave a sour taste in anyone's mouth. I talked to one lady about a tow bill, I tried every possible way to be kind and polite when i came in to pay my bill and she was very short and rude. Treated me more like a number than a person/customer. I even said please and thank you and she still gave me the same terrible attitude. I felt like i was inconveniencing her just by simply asking a question started with please and ended with thank you. I find myself biting my lip everytime I come in for service because the attitude behind the front desk is terrible. After being a 5 year customer, i will not be back to bobs, I wish the best of luck to them all, especially the gentlemen up front at both stores! Dave D

Thank you. I got hit by a deer this morning. Insurance called it in to you at 6:20 am and truck was to me by 6:40 am. Your driver was soo friendly and madet me laugh so I would calm down. Great service! !!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE establishment. They are SOOOO rude, they illegally tow your vehicle whenever they feel like it, if you work out a payment plan they lie about your payments so they get more money from you. They just do everything so horribly. Never in my life have had such a hard time. I will do everything in my power to put this horrible joke of business OUT OF BUSINESS. THEY NEED SHUT DOWN ASAP. 1/2 Priced auto is so much cheaper, understand people are broke, and are kind. They are human. Bob's is disgusting.
