(Driver: Joe) Bob's Main Street Auto and Towing was assigned to our tow through State Farm's roadside assistance. After taking our vehicle to the service shop, our tow truck driver, Joe, voluntarily offered to assist shop personnel with his tools to get the vehicle to the rack (proved be a very difficult procedure consider we were missing a wheel). In today's world, there is often a mentality of get one job done as fast as possible and then on to the next, without taking into consideration the service quality you are providing. Joe was the exact opposite and his service and assistance stood out. I am truly appreciative of his service quality.
