Dave and I forgot his name both towed my car today. (Once at 6am and later at 11). It was a great experience and very professional. Both took time to load and make sure the car was safe and secure. I was very happy and will keep using Bob's. I would recommend using them to anyone!

Had to use AAA to find a mechanic when the battery in our car died without warning. We were on the side of the road but Jason K of Bob's Main Street Auto found us expediently and got us on our way again. He was professional and friendly and helped us with some minor troubleshooting to be sure it was just the battery that was dead. Overall, this was a pleasant interaction and I will not hesitate to call on Bob's again should the need arise.

I called AAA as my car broke down in West Bend. They indicated that Bob’s Towing would be coming to provide a jump start or tow, if necessary, in approximately an hour. While I was still on the phone with them, I got a call from Bob’s Towing indicating that they were on their way! Ben was professional and friendly; he tried to jump start my car, but it appeared that the battery was fine and that it was another issue. Ben towed my car and gave me a ride to my local mechanic in Wauwatosa. I appreciated the care he took with my car !

Saturday, August 29th, I experienced a flat tire on Interstate 41, outside of Slinger. Having difficulty changing the tire, my roadside assistance provider, contacted Bob's Auto and Towing. A young gentleman responded in a very prompt manner and was very efficient in changing the tire. Incredible customer service on a Saturday afternoon! Thank You!

I had a flat tire and 'AAA' used Bob's to come change my spare. I never had a spare before and had two kids in the car. The Bob's Truck saw me in distress and was able to help me out earlier than the allotted time. I was so grateful. JP the technician was fast, courteous and professional. He saved me what would have been hours sitting in the hot sun, stranded with kids. I cannot thank Bob's and JP enough!!! We were then able to get a tire and continue on with our vacation that day! Tom came out very quickly from West Bend to Hartford to tow my 1993 Volvo 940 to a local repair shop. He was extremely professional and courteous and even explained everything he was doing. In addition he offered pertinent advice which was quit useful. He is to be commended and is a true asset to Bob's Main Street Auto and Towing.
