Towed my vehicle on a holiday, had a handful of items fixed/replaced, and had it up n running just a couple days later. Beats quotes and a delay from a few others...

The tow driver was very professional and helpful in getting my car out of it's underground parking spot.

Ryan is awesome. Super friendly, easy-going, and very informative. It's nice to walk in somewhere and be treated like an equal. I may not know a lot of things about cars/trucks but I appreciate not being treated like a "dumb woman". Bob's doesn't make me feel that way.

I had my road side assistance call them and pick up from my place of employment due to the car wouldn't shift out of park. it was raining so I left the kid to his work, I come out when he's done and he said something is broke, yeah he broke the rear suspension. They denied everything. The road side assistance came out to investigate and they paid me for the repairs that needed to be done.
