My car was "Dead" when I went to start it one cold afternoon. So I called AAA, and Bob's responded in kind. I asked to ride along to the shop, because afterward it was not possible for them to deliver the car back to me. It had been a really challenging time of late, and I appreciated their quick response. We got to the shop and I must say I was welcomed with a very warm "Hello" by George. I was in a dither because my insurance did not cover a rental for an auto breakdown-only for an accident. George, and Bob's Main Street Auto & Towing came through with flying colors because they "Didnt want their customer to be stranded without a ride!" Needless to say, as a single person, who didnt know hardly anyone in the area, this was welcomed news. Long story short-the repair was made, and only of the necessary items-to save money and because it's an older car. It was a quick repair, and I am 100 % satisfied. They also follow up with you often afterward, to make sure things are going well. I still have some continuing oil leak issues. We are attempting to figure it all out right now-fingers crossed! I HIGHLY recommend you patronize Bob's. They actually DO care about you and your complete satisfaction. It's notjust lip service with them, and as a single woman it's important to me that their main concern is my safety and satisfaction. Thanks Bob's!
