Bob's Towing was dispatched to me through AAA's roadside assistance. Jesse came out to help - he was awesome. It turn into a more difficult job than anticipated and Jesse handled it with stride, kept me updated, and was friendly and courteous throughout the entire interaction. I appreciated it!

I like the honesty of the service department when I ask them for advice on my serpentine belt I need for replacement and told me it wasn’t ready to save me some money however I don’t understand why it takes an hour for an oil change. I also appreciate the fact that they give me upcoming potential work that I might need done on my vehicle I have been working with Bobs for probably two years and for the most part it’s been a good experience

Great FAST mobile service!!! Came out to me to install new battery!! Took them about half an hour, !!! Running great now!

Extremely scummy people. Brought in my car for routine maintenance, and one of the mechs called me saying they were going to replace a sway bar link without any additional information and hung up. I though it was no big deal, maybe an extra $100 at most. I come in later to find a $1500 charge for something that takes $50 and 20 minutes. There was no email, no estimate, no heads up on the call that this was going to be a major repair (because it really wasn't). DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS.

Made repairs on a rush so I could take my car out of town. I was very impressed.

No communication. Had to call them numerous times over 5 business days. Had my vehicle a total of 7 days for a sunroof that wouldn’t close. Saw vehicle just sitting in the lot numerous times throughout the day.

Everyone at Bobs auto were so helpful! The best part was being able to borrow a loaner car from them at no extra cost. My car ended up needing more work then I initially thought so it was in the shop for a few days but with having access to a loaner car that was no problem. I was still able to get around and not have to rely on people for rides. I would definitely recommend them
