I called for a tow, and was told someone would be there within the hour. Fast forward over an hour, still no truck to tow. I called another place, they were there in 10 minutes, when I called to cancel they said they did not know when the truck would have arrived. Everyone I talked to was fine, I just didn’t know how long to stand in a parking lot before getting picked up.
