Called AAA to get my car towed- I had an amazing experience, thanks to Dave! He was super friendly, caring and helpful. Everything was done in a quick efficient timely manner. I was a passenger in the tow truck, I felt safe with his driving and the conversations were as if I was talking to my best friend. Highly recommend

The driver that came to help me get my keys out of a locked vehicle was very kind and very time efficient. He was at the scene in a very short amount of time and was very quick to unlock the car and help me.

Even if the news of our car was bad (blown motor), Bob's Main Street Auto was easy to get a hold of and schedule towing the car as well as the diagnosis of the engine. In fact, when we went back to pick up the car, I had my emissions test on my other car done on the spot. They aren't real close to where I live, but they are close to numerous family members, and I've recommended Bob's to all of them.

Bob’s Main Street Auto is a very professional and friendly place to have your vehicle repaired. I have yet to have a bad experience at the Hubertus location which is the only location that I have gone too. They communicate very well with any issues that the technician finds during the courtesy inspection, and in my experiences are very honest with what needs attention immediately and what things may be starting to show wear but aren’t a major concern at the moment.

I had to inform them of "lifetime oil change" price. My car smelled like gasoline afterwards....dirty boots and my mats were wet. Excuses of new computer system. New staff at Decorah service desk lack any connections or knowledge of car history. They just generate a report.
