Bobs Main Street Auto & Towing Going back 6 months ago I brought my car for a grinding noise, turned out to be struts-wheel baring- and one other thing, spent about 2500. Next my transfer case blew out of now where- something that is suppose to last a life time. Fixed that- 6k. Then my ac went. There was a huge kink in my Freon tube. Never been in an accident and I don’t go under my hood to just mess around, so the kink never would have gotten there without someone hitting it. Now I trusted these guys time after time despite listening to all the horror stories with dealing with them. I know in my gut that to them I was a young girl that had money and they took full on advantage of it. There was so many sequence of events that occurred after bringing my car there that aren’t lining up. I even cross referenced and brought my car to another shop and they told me the EXACT opposite of what Bob’s Told me. I am not out to get my 12 k that I spent there back. For a business to give no resolution on fixing something they did shows their character. The owner did call me and didn’t take any accountability for anything and stood by his business with no explanation how they were the only place that worked on my car and things were not there before that are now. He was very uncaring and showed no effort to make this situation right. I get accidents happen. I also get it could have just been bad luck with all these things happening. However there’s to many things that aren’t adding up. Horrible business and I promise you don’t ever want to go through what I have been through the past 6 months. They are willing to let me see certain videos of my car being there but will not release all footage without giving it directly to a lawyer. Why if you have nothing to hide will you not release all footage and pictures to the owner of the car? That right there shows how unethical and sketchy the business is. Please if my story can save one family from the endless nights of sleep worrying about being taking advantage of, saving 12k, having a place put your life and sons life in danger, by when I left my hood flew open because someone didn’t latch my hood properly. I’m so extremely disappointed that west bend can have such an unethical down right dirty business in town.
