I wanted to take the time to write a review of my experience at Bobs. I was looking for recommendations on a lift and tires for my truck. The guys did a great job at educating me on this process. The install and recommended sizing was spot on. Very happy with everything. I would recommend them. I know I will use them for my future service work.

Spark plug blew in my truck on the 23rd of December, the arrival time of the tow truck driver was 36 mins before the ETA that AAA gave me. The driver called me, gave me his name and made sure that my passengers and I were safe and warm. The ride home wasn't awkward or dull, he was very friendly and talkative, never felt uneasy or made me think that he was "just dieing to leave". Wonderful service and a great driver.

DJ towed my car yesterday. He let me know when he was on his way so I didn't have to wait outside in the cold. He was courteous and kind. I would definitely recommend them

My mom was in a car accident. Her phone and her purse remained in the car while the ambulance took her. I spent hours trying to figure out how to help her get her stuff from her car while she was in the hospital without being able to commincate with her. I was told that I had to get her insurance info/ claim started before they'd release her purse and phone. How is a person supposed to do that while in the hospital without their belongings. Ok. I'll figure it our for her. I did but with NO help from thre towing company who never called back after they said they would. I was scared she was going to get out and the insurance place would then be closed! Thanks for making a stressful and scary situation worse. Especially 7 days away from Christmas!

Great service! They arrived quickly to jump my car. Phil came to jump my car and was friendly, fast, and very knowledgeable! I had a great experience! I recommend Bob’s Auto and Towing.
