The vehicle was parked in a clearly marked no-parking zone that requires a valid permit. The property owner requested the tow, and prior to removal, we contacted local law enforcement to confirm the vehicles were illegally parked and authorized for towing. Police confirmed the vehicles should be removed. Because no keys were available, the vehicle was safely loaded using tire skates, which are designed specifically to prevent damage during loading and unloading when keys are not present. This is a standard, professional towing method. We understand that being towed is a frustrating experience, especially when it is initiated by a third party. However, our team followed proper procedures and handled the vehicle with care and professionalism throughout the process.
