The front desk people are nice and very helpful. I'm adding another star because they did pick me up to retrieve my car. However, the prices are outrageous. I went in to have my back caliper looked at because it was frozen. (Took a day). 70 for the diagnostic fee and 1190 for the repair. I called around for different prices and Goodyear was 790, but I ultimately went to Half Price Auto, John said they'd look at my brakes for free and did determine I needed to replace the whole back brake system, however I was only charged 613 dollars which is truly half the price and their work looks good. Because of this, I cannot recommend Bob's, and I was always suggest shopping around for the best quote.

I do understand how much of a factor pricing is, however, there are variables that play into that. For instance, the parts that we put into the vehicles are typically a higher price due to their quality. Our techs recommend a higher quality brand because they want the items in your vehicle to last as long as possible. Bob’s Main Street Auto is always one to stand behind their work and that is why we have such a strong warranty with our repairs at 30 month/30,000 miles (whatever comes last). However, the amount of money you want to invest in your vehicle is 100% your call, but when it comes to important things, like transportation, cheapest might not always be best. We are happy you had great service here though and hope you found that elsewhere as well.
