I am long overdue in writing this review. On December 12, 2018, I had a fender bender right in on the main drag of Paradise Drive in West Bend. On top of that it was Christmas shopping season, and at about 5 pm, so very crowded. We were referred to Bob's via our AARP towing assist, and my driver Jason, was so helpful and so personable. They were efficient, handled the situation quickly and I enjoyed chatting with Jason K. He was polite, fun to talk to and it made what was a very unpleasant situation far more manageable.
