Took an hour and fifteen minutes for an oil change, they came out with a long list of repairs that I know my car doesn't need
Thank you for your review Marianne! All of our standard oil changes are 1 hour due to our protocols in place and completing our free 45-point safety inspection on the vehicle. We feel as if this is a courtesy to our customers as they get a complete overview of their vehicle and a breakdown of items their vehicle is recommended to get done now, in the near future, or are okay and good to go. All of the maintenance items recommended on your vehicle were for specific reasons (like the dirty air filter, brake fluid, and power steering fluid) which were all listed and pictured on your digital safety inspection. We could do the 15 minute oil changes like other “quicky” lubes in town, but we value quality work, maintenance and upkeep on vehicles (as it makes them last longer), and keeping our customers fully informed.
