The tow truck driver CeCe (spelling?) was wonderful. She was fast, efficient, professional, and had good customer service. 10/10 would break down again.

I've been a Bob's Auto customer for about 5 years now. They're always professional and helpful, and they have great customer service. In addition to my personal vehicle, I also go here with my company vehicle because they do such a good job working with the fleet management company. Can't beat the coupons that come in the mail, and the drop-off/pick-up is SO convenient- they'll just come take my car, do their thing, and bring it back! Also, I love the tow trucks with new wraps every couple months that bring awareness to different causes, like breast cancer, autism, etc. They look sharp, and Bob's is definitely professional and I love that.

Dave from Bob's main street auto and towing made my year, not only he risked his life towing my car on a busy highway at 2:00 am with cars going 70+ mph, he also gave me a ride back home during a pandemic which was not a guarantee. His customer service far exceeded any expectation, he truly should be the gold standard in business.
