I was stuck in the ditch on the freeway due to slippery conditions, but I am so thankful for Dave. He came quickly and was able to help calm me down. He was very helpful and had a good sense of humor. Hopefully there is not a next time, but if so, I will definitely be calling Bob's first!

Unfortunately I have to change my rating to one star as I figured out that I was gouged on a service that I received from them were I paid over twice as much for a service that I should have. Very disappointing.

Josh was amazing!! It was so cold and he helped me restart my car. He was very nice and didn't make me feel bad for not knowing how to jumpstart a car!
