Would 100% recommend Bob’s Main Street Auto & Towing in west bend. I called AAA twice today and had the same person come and help me both times. I wish I could remember his name, but wow was he fantastic. I couldn’t have ask for someone who was more determined to help. He tried troubleshooting a few things before taking it to a shop then helped explain the likely issues to the service department. Really grateful for how helpful and pleasant he was to work with. Word to the wise, let him install the new battery and NOT the people at O’Riellys. I learned this the hard way.

We had a major engine failure on a Sunday and Jesse from Bob's showed up quickly and was extremely responsive. He was pleasant when he got there and made the tow quick and painless. Thank you Jesse as we appreciated the professional and fast response!
