I've needed tow services plenty in these past years and this company is fantastic at helping. Last time I needed assistance, at 1 in the morning when it was raining, Dave spent half a hour helping me jump a car that was practically not designed to let a ground cable clamp on anywhere. Took the time and it worked fantastic

My car battery was dead in my garage. I had called my insurances roadside assistance and they dispatched Bobs Main Street Towing. I was told it would be 90 minutes. Harley arrived within 50 minutes. Harley diagnosed my car battery was bad. He installed a new one at a very reasonable price especially for it being a holiday weekend. Harley was very professional, informative and friendly. I am totally impressed and 💯 % plus satisfied!!!

Not good. They were1/2 hours late. And when I called to find out when I might expect them I was treated badly by the operator.

My insurance co. contact them for a roadside assist in Saukville. For the life of me I cant remember the guy's name. But he was a huge help, got my Jeep jumped, and when it was discovered that the battery needed replacement, took care of that nice and quick. Super friendly and courteous. Amazing job! Thanks

Outstanding professional and local auto service! Thorough inspection, quick diagnosis, and repair of my '11 Kia. But that's what you'd expect; but wait, Dustin and Ryan worked directly with my maintenance warranty company to keep my out-of-pocket costs to a minimum. They always kept me informed of repair status, and even provided a loaner vehicle while waiting for parts and warranty approvals. The thorough whole vehicle inspection revealed am additional problem with the suspension, and Dustin added the work into warranty claim so I didn't have to return with more work and another claim. You can't beat this service team anywhere else.
