My vehicle started running terribly mid week last week. I came to Bob‘s to see how busy they were. The were quite booked, but somehow they found a way to sneak my vehicle in and get it done within a four day time span. I know doing it myself would have taken forever. The guys kept me posted on what was happening with my vehicle all through the process. I’m grateful that they found the time to sneak my truck in to complete the repairs in a timely matter.

Had a flat tire and the dispatcher was so courteous and helpful, and Jesse was the tow truck driver plug it at the site and was courteous, friendly. Just great people and thanks for your help.

Excellent experience with Bob’s!! Max came to help me as my car overheated later at night. Max was so helpful, kind, and efficient!! I was also in a rural area and he got to me quickly with no issues. 10/10 will definitely call Bob’s if this ever happens again
