I had battery issues and Bob’s Auto took my car for several days on two different occasions. They were unable to find the issue, yet when I came in to pick up car, they had to jump start it for me, claiming it did not act up for them while they had car. I took it to my dealership and they were able to find and fix problem within an hour, without even charging me for diagnostics. Bob’s Auto charged me for diagnostic and werent able to find or fix issue even while having my car in their shop for days. They lost my business. They charge for top notch diagnostic, but fall way short in fixing simple issues.
