Absolutely great service as always! There are many reasons why Bob’s has such a great reputation. The staff that I interacted with are the friendliest people I have ever encountered in the auto repair business. Plus, they are very knowledgeable. When my car needs service again, I know where to go. Wish I could give them more than five stars!

I'm a SWF and nothing puts my mind more at ease than having found a mechanic I can truly trust! I deal with Ryan and not only is he funny, he's very kind and explains things to me as tho I have no clue on what he's talking about, which I don't! However, once he's finished explaining things to me, I always learn something new without feeling stupid. I usually wait to have my jobs finished and the camaraderie in that office is so positive. They all really do care. The 1 time I couldn't wait it out, I had myself a rental within minutes. I would refer Bob's Auto to anyone and everyone who wants to be able to TRUST their mechanic and who doesn't want that?
