When I brought my car in for service, I was invited to sit in the newly remodeled, clean, quiet waiting area. The work was completed in less time than anticipated and the staff was happy to check everything out on my car so they could assure me it was in good condition. I will very likely have Bob's do all the service on my vehicle rather than a dealer service department.

Marc was dispatched to our AAA plea for our maroon 1996 Buick. When we called, we were simply hoping for help getting into the car (we got into this loop of, it was sitting and didn’t start, we couldn’t use the keyfob because, well, the battery was dead, and the car is ancient and the doors don’t work - so we thought the door was the best, first place to start). Not only was Marc super prompt (like at our door in maybe ten min), but he got the doors open, got the car started AND even put air in the tire. Basically, Marc was our one stop shop to get the car good enough to junk - yeah, that’s a thing. Thank you so much for your quick and awesome service! Now go warm up!!! :-)

I used Bob's as roadside assistance for a tow of my dead car. The driver, Paul, actually tested and jumped the battery and the car started up no problem. He showed up well before the scheduled time and gave me a call 15 minutes before arriving. He was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. A real pleasure to work with I would highly recommend Bob's for towing and roadside help.
