Rip off. Charged almost $300 for diagnostics and then $2,000 to fix a sensor. Avoid!!!

My van broke down in Menomonee Falls the driver just so happened to be in Hartford area and was there in a short time. Rode back to Bob’s with Tony to the Decorah Ave he was very friendly. The cost of the tow was very reasonable for the distance.

I've taken my car to Bob's a few times now and their service is always exceptional. They're always quick to fit me in last minute, thoroughly explain what my vehicle needs, and do the job in a timely manner. They're incredibly kind and welcoming which is greatly appreciated as well. Will always bring my car to Bob's in the future for all my car needs!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Needed a tow for my large, BRAND NEW pickup back to Colby WI from near Lomira. Dave took great care to load and secure my truck and was professional and pleasant for the entire ordeal. Every question I had was addressed in a knowledgeable and professional manner. My truck was delivered safely to the dealer and I'm home all thanks to Dave!
