2. CONTACTLESS SERVICE: Here at Bob's Main Street Auto & Towing we have after hours pick-up and drop-off service, which can be done at any time of the day. We are also offering pick-up and delivery service.
3. DIGITAL INSPECTION: Our technicians are equipped with tablets and check over all the components of your vehicle. Our technicians will take pictures and write any notes on anything that may need to be addressed. When they complete the digital inspection our service team will send the inspection via email/text followed with a phone call to discuss the results, keeping you informed every step of the way.
4. SANITIZING: Our team is taking every safety precautionary possible to keep us and the public safe. We are wiping down the door handles, steering wheels, shift columns and keys upon entry and completion of service.
5. PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE: After the service has been completed our service advisors are able to collect payment over the phone and then utilize our contact-free pick-up or delivery service.
