Dishonest service, stay away! I'm not one to post bad reviews. Took my truck here for an engine leak and a fuel pressure issue. They fixed the leak as far as I can tell, however they lied to me about checking the fuel pump check valve.
I trust them with my vehicle. Service, price, ... no surprises.

I love Bob’s they always are great when I call and can get me in right away!! Today I had a piece of metal in my tire. I called and asked if I could bring it right away they said yes. It took them less than 10 minutes and I was on my way!! Thanks!!
I wanna give a shout out to the guys at Bob's on Main Decorah st location. I stopped by on my way home from the bank to see if my creaking back end was a simple grease fix they said come by a little later and they'd check it out for a complimentary diagnostics.... when I came back it was taking a little longer then expected and they gave me a 2015 Taurus to go home. They did a complete inspection of the car and emailed me a comprehensive detailed explanation of everything they found along with pictures. These guys have been so accommodating with us past and present and are very reasonable with price. Anywhere else would have charged me 120 just for diagnostics and even more for the car. Cant recommend Bob's on Main enough.
I recently moved to west bend and needed emission testing. I searched and this place was the first to come up. Very professional service and was taken care of right away. No issues, in and out the way it should be. The shop looks very professional and waiting room is awesome. My daughter loved the treasure chest and we both liked the friendly staff and employees.

Trying to get out from under an over-pass after a hail storm came through, I had got stuck in the mud tire deep! I had to use another motorists phone (as I didn't have the right charger for mine) to call AAA who then assisted in sending Bob's Towing Service of West Bend to my aide. Jesse, the tow-truck driver was very prompt in getting to me! He pulled out my vehicle safely and was very courteous. As I told him my dilemma of my phone being dead and not having the right charger, he went back to his truck and gave me his own personal charger that fit! What an absolutely kind and thoughtful person he is! Thank you Jesse of Bob's Towing! I would highly recommend Bob's and working with Jesse or any of their other highly recommended personnel. My car was "Dead" when I went to start it one cold afternoon. So I called AAA, and Bob's responded in kind. I asked to ride along to the shop, because afterward it was not possible for them to deliver the car back to me. It had been a really challenging time of late, and I appreciated their quick response.
