Both drivers/ service men were knowledgeable and concerned about what I needed. What was not appreciated was the 4 hour wait and multiple calls needed to be sure AAA was following through

Got a flat tire. The whole process to get it taken of was awesome. The Preston that came out was kind friendly and very very helpful! It was quick efficient and painless. You all are excellent. Thank you!!!

Additionally, they efficiently repaired my vehicle within 24 hours at a reasonable cost, waived the towing fee, and even provided me with transportation home. Phenomenal shop. I moved to the Jackson area about two years ago and have been going to a couple different local shops trying to find one I feel I can trust and that won’t break my bank and that also treat me with respect and understanding. None of the other shops I’ve tried have felt just right until now I can say with 110% Certainty that I have found the auto shop I’ve been looking for. My vehicle was towed to their shop. The tow truck drive was quick, friendly, and respectful. He answered all the questions I had before towing my vehicle. All the work needed on my vehicle was explained in detail. I also received a full list of all future vehicle repairs and maintenance I’ll need done as well as the exact cost of the repairs including tax. Not only was everything repaired in a timely fashion, explained in detail, and done inexpensively. Every interaction I had with Ryan and George(I think that’s his name, sorry if I’m wrong!) was fantastic. Both were respectful and understanding throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision on anything. Thank you both for such a professional auto shop experience. Also thank you Nate, the Technician that serviced my vehicle, I appreciate all the hard work you’ve done for me! You rock! You will definitely see my Orange suv again soon. I’m not going to any other shop from now on!

Dave was so friendly we were stuck on the side of the road and he lightened up the situation we were in by having answers to all my questions and providing a safe way home. He also made us laugh and feel so much better and even diagnosed the issue with my car. Thank you so much for your help Dave we will be back for an oil change once our car is fixed.
