Phill was very nice, friendly and professional not used to having very many drivers like that. I forgot something in my vehicle and remembered after the truck was already load he had no attitude nothing bout going and grabbing it.

Tom was on time, super friendly, explained what he was doing and why, and presented options. Excellent communication, and professional service.

Brought my car into Bob's for the first time for a sound I was noticing. They diagnosed the problem that afternoon and sent me an in depth assesment of various concerns on the vehicle. There was no pressure to get any of the work done. The staff there was forthcoming and honest. The work was well done and finished on schedule. My family and I will be taking our vehicles there for service in future.

Their customer service was impressive. I had an issue with my brakes. George and Ryan made sure I was taken care of. From making sure I didn't drive an unsafe car to getting a loaner for me all at the last minute. I would recommend them.

I had the bottom of my truck explode? I know nothing about cars but Ryan showed me the damage, was able to squeeze me in for an appointment that same day. It was awesome because I was 40 minutes from home and George even gave me a ride to and from the shop so I didn’t have to walk in the hot sun! They were both super awesome, explained things well and were patient with my lack of car knowledge! Thank you! I’ll be driving the extra 40 minutes for any car related issues in the future!
