They handled the call for help well and made it easy. The tow truck driver was efficient and able to move it all with ease. My only complaint was the cost, but with gas prices now...

JP helped pull my car out of my driveway after the winter storm Sunday and Monday (March 15 and 16). The two front wheels were sitting over the driveway ledge and onto the grass part which had ice, snow, and slush at the bottom. I was a little anxious calling for them to simply pull my car out because of how “little” it may have seemed and I didn’t want to look stupid or feel incompetent but JP was friendly and reassured me that it’s a common thing. He was quick! I have never called for help from an auto and towing service and I’m happy to say that my first time doing so was a great and easy experience thanks to JP. :)
