JP came to pick up my Mom’s vehicle when it was freezing outside. He was prompt and helpful throughout the entire process and extremely patient and very polite. He was able to get her vehicle loaded onto the flatbed without any trouble even though the vehicle had no power. I was impressed with his professional ability and willingness to adapt to unexpected circumstances. Thank you, JP! You are appreciated. ❤️

Had a problem with the car battery and had requested service for jumpstart. From the time Evan showed up he was nothing but a thorough professional. He jump started and helped with instructions to keep the battery charged. However what stood out was his diligence , thoroughness and respect for the work he was doing. After he left he still called back checking up on the status of the battery and came back the next day to replace the same. Weather was quite cold ,borderline extreme , yet he worked through this without slacking even for a second and made sure everything was right double checking the work. Quite happy with Evan and his professionalism. Way to go Evan.
