I did not have a good experience at this location. I felt rushed and unvalued. I was told that I did not have to pay for a diagnosis if I had something repaired. Then another staff told me that I did have to pay for it. In addition, the guy did diagnosis on things I did NOT ask for. I know when I receive quality customer service and the staffs here did not offer me quality service and respect. The front desk staff treated me like I was uneducated. In addition, I found a screw driver in my hood. This is the 1200 location.

First and foremost, I apologize for the inconsistencies you encountered regarding the diagnosis fee. There would have been no diagnostic fee if the work was complete at our shop. The diagnostic fee was charged due to the vehicle leaving the shop with no repairs being made. The diagnostic fee is for us to look into your concern regarding the noise you were hearing. Every vehicle that comes into our shop receives a free courtesy inspection. Therefore, the only diagnostic fee you got charged for is pertaining to the concern you had regarding the noise under the hood. Everything else that was checked over such as belts, suspension, and fluids was done at no charge to you. Additionally, it is not our intention to make any customer feel rushed, unvalued, or uneducated. Our team is committed to providing quality customer service and treating every customer with respect and professionalism. I apologize that you did not receive this during your visit. We will address this issue with our staff and provide additional training to ensure a better experience for our customers moving forward.
