Thank you. I got hit by a deer this morning. Insurance called it in to you at 6:20 am and truck was to me by 6:40 am. Your driver was soo friendly and madet me laugh so I would calm down. Great service! !!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE establishment. They are SOOOO rude, they illegally tow your vehicle whenever they feel like it, if you work out a payment plan they lie about your payments so they get more money from you. They just do everything so horribly. Never in my life have had such a hard time. I will do everything in my power to put this horrible joke of business OUT OF BUSINESS. THEY NEED SHUT DOWN ASAP. 1/2 Priced auto is so much cheaper, understand people are broke, and are kind. They are human. Bob's is disgusting.

Over the past several years I have taken our family cars to Bob's Auto South location for various repairs and general maintenance. Our family has several mid-90's Buick Roadmaster Wagons that have had heating/AC , front end, tire replacement & general fluid replacement work done. I've always had Great, Professional, Friendly service done in a timely manner and for a reasonable cost. I've also recently started taking my daughter and son-in-law's cars there for similar repairs and maintenance with also the same great professionalism and service. Friendly, efficient service and finally a place to go for an oil change or auto repairs on a Saturday morning at the South facility ! Never an issue getting a rental car if needed.

At Bob's the customer service is beyond amazing!!! From start to finish you are treated with respect and professionalism. When you bring your vehicle in it is done with the highest of standards and done right the first time,with quality service and parts.Always confident when our vehicles are in their hands.I can say it has been a long time i have felt that comfortable at an automotive service center. The entire staff is friendly.

After my wife's car died on the side of a major highway, she called AAA and they dispatched Bob's Towing. Within a couple minutes, the tow truck driver called and confirmed that she and my son were okay and he would be there in under 20 minutes. 12 minutes later he was loading her car onto the flatbed and said he'd deliver it anywhere she wanted. After he dropped it off into our shed, he tried to help see what was the problem. I would definitely recommend Bob's Main Street Towing to everyone, professional, courteous, and extremely helpful.

The service I receive at Bob's is top notch. I never need to wait for service when I need help. I am greeted by friendly helpful staff. Michael is one of the best at offering great customer service, he goes above and beyond. He is knowledgable and helpful and makes everyone who come through the door feel comfortable. I have been to Bob's 4 times and each time I have been more than satisfied with the quality, timely, service, also with the reasonable prices and honesty about repairs required.
